How sauna, cold plunge and contrast therapy work.
Our hand-built, Finnish-inspired sauna sits at around 90°C. We encourage you to listen to your body. Start with a short session and build up from there.
At Kin, we believe in the power of hot and cold therapy. Most importantly, we encourage you to find a version that works for you. For some, cold might mean stepping out of the sauna into the fresh air. For others, it could be a quick cold shower or full immersion in our cold plunges. Neither is better or harder, it's about what makes you feel great!
Regular sauna and cold dip sessions are backed by science to support both body and mind. Benefits include:
-
Improved circulation and cardiovascular health
-
Reduced stress, better sleep and mood support
-
Faster muscle recovery after exercise
-
Boosted immune function and skin health
We built this space for people to slow down, connect and look after themselves, together. Whether you're a solo visitor or here with friends, we hope you'll always feel at home.
-
Welcoming to all, no experience needed
-
Regular social sessions and community events
-
A space where everyone is encouraged to unplug and unwind
